Our Sew Worth It technicians are certified from the manufacturer to service and repair your sewing machines. They will treat your machine, regardless of brand or model, with the care and attention it deserves...and give you the absolute best service...EVER!


A complete machine cleaning and service includes cleaning, lubrication, multi-point checks and inspections. If part replacement is required, our technicians will give you a call and review the additional cost, if any, before proceeding with the replacement.   


Our service department goal is to keep your sewing machine trouble free and running in top condition at all times.


To make it even more convenient for you, Sew Worth It offers two appointments daily for service and cleaning.  Bring in your machine for a standard clean and service, take a class, or shop the store, and a few hours later you may take your machine home!!  Perfect for sewists who can’t bear to have their machine gone for a day!


When bringing in your BABYLOCK sewing/embroidery machine for service please note the following:


  • Remove everything on the machine, except the bobbin cover.
  • If your machine embroiders, bring the embroidery arm!
  • You do not need to take the needle out, but we will replace it during the clean and service.
  • No power cords, presser feet, etc.  are required! 



Our very talented Sew Worth It technicians will gladly service any brand of sewing/embroidery machine.  When bringing in any other brand of sewing/embroidery machine for service please note the following:


  • Bring the power cord, foot control, zig-zag needle plate, zig-zag presser foot, bobbin with case, and embroidery arm with hoop if applicable.
  • For a repair, bring in your machine with the items that you are having trouble with including fabric, thread, and needle.
